The Opportunity (Problem)

For most companies travel remains one of the top controllable expenses in the operating budget, yet is one of the most difficult areas of spend to manage. The dynamic nature of travel makes it a highly emotional touch point from the perspective of employees who spend countless days on the road in support of your companies initiatives. Corporations are reliant on fragmented and isolated proprietary data sources, non-integrated data sets and expensive manual processes which all drive up the costs of travel.

The processes for consolidating and interpreting corporate travel and payment data are complex and labor-intensive. This increasing complexity in the value chain combined with the fragmented data sources have historically prevented corporations from gaining a comprehensive view into and analysis of the information that would allow them to proactively manage travel and drive compliance through their travel programs in a way that positively affects travelers.
